KazakhstanGirl and kazakhstanBoy

 I asked her to marry me and she said yes. however, she is concerned because her mother was told by a friend that if she married an American and became a China  citizen,I met a girl and we fell madly in love with each other. that KazakhStanBoy would not allow her to come back for 5 or 6 years. She will not be my wife if this is true!

I need help to verify if indeed KazakhStan would not allow her to come back for that period of time!

We plan to marry here, and then save and both go to  and marry again in a traditional Japanese ceremony!
